011. General Provisions

zed buzz is an online entertainment and betting platform operated for Bangladeshi users. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between zed buzz and its users. By accessing the platform, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have accepted all provisions of these Terms.

The zed buzz platform is operated by zedbuzz.cam. To learn more about our operations, values and business policies, please read our About Us page.

In these Terms, "platform" refers to the zed buzz website, mobile application and all related services. "Member" refers to any registered user.

022. Account Registration

2.1 Registration Eligibility

To open an account on zed buzz, a member must be at least 21 years old and a resident of Bangladesh. A National Identity Card or government-recognised identity document is required.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person is permitted to hold only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and any funds held may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

It is the member's responsibility to ensure that all information provided at registration is accurate, complete and kept up to date. zed buzz reserves the right to cancel an account if false information is provided.

2.4 Account Security

A member's login credentials are confidential. No one else may be given access to the member's account. The member is responsible for all activity carried out through their account.

033. Age Verification

zed buzz strictly prohibits minors from using the platform. At any time after an account is opened, zed buzz may request documents to verify the member's age and identity.

• A photo of a National Identity Card (NID) or passport may need to be submitted.
• Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.
• Verification information will only be used for lawful purposes.

044. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

Deposits on zed buzz can currently be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 10–45 minutes.

4.3 Account Matching

The mobile banking account used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in the member's own name. Transactions using a third party's account may be cancelled.

4.4 Suspicious Transactions

If any transaction appears suspicious, zed buzz reserves the right to place a temporary hold on it for review and may notify the relevant authorities if necessary.

055. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members may receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a balance of ৳2,500, with a wagering requirement of ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Each bonus comes with a wagering requirement. To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered a specified number of times. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount.

5.3 Bonus Cancellation

A bonus may be cancelled in the following cases:

• Bonuses are claimed from multiple accounts.
• The terms of the bonus are violated.
• The account was registered using false information.
• Evidence of promotion abuse is found.

066. Gaming Rules

6.1 Betting Rules

zed buzz has separate rules for each game, which are set out in detail on the game page. It is the member's responsibility to read those rules before starting to play.

6.2 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises over a game result or bet amount, the member must notify our support team within 72 hours. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a server error, disconnection or any other technical reason, zed buzz will follow the applicable policy to determine the outcome of that game and will notify the member accordingly.

6.4 Maximum Win Limit

zed buzz reserves the right to set a maximum win amount from a single bet on certain games. This limit will be stated on the game page.

077. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the zed buzz platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or using a third party's account.
• Placing bets strategically to exploit the bonus system.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the platform's software or algorithms.
• Using automated bots or software to place bets.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another member's account.
• Operating an account under a false identity.

088. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure at the Member's Request

Any member may close their account of their own accord by contacting the support team. It is the member's responsibility to withdraw any available balance before the account is closed.

8.2 Suspension by zed buzz

zed buzz may temporarily or permanently suspend an account in the following circumstances:

• Evidence of a breach of the Terms is found.
• Verification is not completed and the member does not provide documents in time.
• Account activity is considered suspicious.
• Compliance with a legal requirement is necessary.

8.3 Right of Appeal

A member may appeal an account suspension to our support team. The review of an appeal may generally take several business days.

099. Limitation of Liability

The zed buzz platform provides services on an "as is" basis. zed buzz's liability is limited in the following matters:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection.
• Incidents resulting from issues with the member's own device or software.
• Delays or failures by third-party payment platforms.
• Unforeseen technical disruptions or cyber attacks.

However, zed buzz always takes the necessary steps to protect members' financial security.

1010. Privacy and Data Protection

zed buzz follows a strict privacy policy regarding the collection, storage and use of members' personal information. Our Privacy Policy page describes in detail what information is collected, how it is stored, and in what circumstances it may be shared with third parties.

No personal information is shared with third parties for marketing purposes without the member's consent. Information may be provided to the relevant authorities where required by law.

1111. Responsible Gaming

zed buzz believes that gaming is a form of entertainment — it is not a source of income or a solution to financial problems. We have put a number of measures in place to protect our members.

Members can set their own deposit limits, betting limits and session time limits. A temporary break or a self-exclusion request can also be made if needed. Our Responsible Gaming section has full details about these features and sources of support.

• All platform services are unavailable to anyone under the age of 21.
• Consider your own means before placing a bet.
• Avoid chasing losses in the hope of winning them back.
• If you feel you have a problem with gaming, let our support team know.

1212. Changes to Terms and Termination

12.1 Right to Make Changes

zed buzz reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Members will be notified as far in advance as possible of any significant changes.

12.2 Acceptance of Changes

Continuing to use the platform after changes are published will be taken as the member's acceptance of those changes.

12.3 Applicable Law

The applicable laws will be followed in the interpretation and enforcement of these Terms. Should any dispute arise, both parties will first attempt to resolve it through discussion.

12.4 Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, this will not affect the validity of the remaining parts.
